Thalía’s radio presence spreads with new deal

Thalía’s radio voice will soon be heard in more markets. According to Biz Journals, AIRE Radio Networks recently sealed a deal to carry the Mexican pop star/actress Conexión Thalía Radio Show on its 30 markets.

Thalía’s radio show first debuted in 2007 and covers topics ranging from fashion and gossip to issues that deeply affect the Latino community in the United States such as immigration and health care. According to Star Pulse, Thalía reportedly signed a $5 million deal to take on the radio show.

With this new deal, the 42-year-old star’s radio presence is set to grow tremendously. The mami of two recently reflected on the new deal in an official press release, which read below.

“I will now have the opportunity of reaching significantly more fans and leveraging my show across multiple platforms. This is a very exciting time for Latino media, and my association with AIRE allows me to fully tap into the industry’s best network and digital assets to maximize my brand and market reach.”

Of course this will maximize Thalía’s “brand and market reach” which can lead to more opportunities for financial growth. Not that the mexicana really needs more financial growth though. But still, we won’t knock her hustle! With this news, looks like 2014 is shaping up to be a great year for the superstar, which only adds to the amazing 2013 she had. As we reported back in Nov 2013, the singer/actress finally landed a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, after decades in the game.
