EMI Latin teams up with , to promote Thalía’s new single and video ‘Amar sin ser amada’ and album ‘El sexto sentido’
After the huge success EMI Latin & Granda Entertainment had with Thalía’s ‘A quien le importa’ which is about two years old and is still a club anthem that is played at all the top clubs across the country, we are very happy to announce our collaboration with EMI Latin to promote the single, video & album of the Multi Talented Latin Super Star Thalía. “We are very happy to be working closely with Michael Jamison, Richard Bull, Fabio Acosta & the whole EMI Latin team in making this single a priority” said Joe Granda President/CEO of Granda Entertainment, LLC.
The song ‘Amar sin ser amada’, Thalía’s first single from her album ‘El sexto sentido’ has already begun airplay across radio stations in the country. Already this past weekend of May 21st & 22nd the song was played once every hour in-front of over 60,000 people who attend yearly the Long Beach Gay Pride Festival. Remixes are currently being prepared which will service to all the DJ’s, Record pools and Radio Mixshow DJ’s.
This upcoming Friday, an electronic email will be sent to all Top radio, club & pool directors with the single while we wait for the remixes to be made & distributed. Once the remixes are done we will begin to prepare CD release parties at top clubs around the nation. These release parties will be heavily advertised in different club publications and radio announcements. We have a lot of promotional material as mentioned above that we will be passing out during these parties to the club patrons that attend the festivities along with a raffle for Thalía albums.
As for the video which was shot on May 21st, 2005 in New York City we will doing a remix video and providing the key record pools, retailers & video promotional services with a DVD of the original video & the remix of the video. “We have another hit in our hands with Thalía, and we will once again take this to the top of the radio, club and pool charts showing Thalía’s continued strength & support from the club community Nationwide” said Joe Granda President/CEO of Granda Entertainment, LLC.
